Hi, I'm Lynnette. You may have seen me around - I am usually dressed wearing something orange, driving my orange car. I am passionate about growing people, both with their property ownership goals, and in themselves.

After a career spanning 10 years in the RNZAF, my husband and I moved to Nelson and started a family. I then spent 5 years as a full-time property investor, before establishing Wizard Home Loans, Nelson Bays. With the closure of Wizard NZ, I have now rebranded and developed my own business model, Lynnette Butler, The Property Shoppe.

I am the problem solver, and the outside the box thinker.
My weakness is admin, so I have my team to cover this for me.

BNI Nelson Lunchtime chapter

Jo is the property manager technician at The Property Shoppe. Her role is to manage our Nelson properties working closely with the tenants to ensure both their needs, and those of the landlord, are met. Lynnette covers for Jo if she is unavailable, and acts as an advisor as Jo works though the various situations that arise when letting property. Jo and Lynnette have known each other for 10 years, and have very complimentary personalities, as Jo is very strong on following procedure and recording details.
Jo has been a  Property Manager for 3 years.

The accounts manager ensures that all invoices are processed for our clients, organising payment, and inputting into our management software.  The accounts manager also maintains our MYOB.
